This is the 3rd TC on Organizational Management and Networking that YEU organizes (first was in 2004 in Alcoutim, Portugal) and it is the main space for young people to exchange ideas about how to develop member organizations. The course will be the result of everybody participation and involvement in the dialogue, contributing for the learning environment of all.

This flash news will be made by groups of participants every day. The aim is to cover the participants learning outcomes and also the group’s daily life during the TC. This will be interesting to keep track of the experiences and results of daily work and of course CONBIBIO! It will also be used to update daily the blog of the TC so that friends can follow our experiences here and of course, afterwards in the report.

In contact with the computer room people… happy hours…

- Joyful is her flow and she comes from certain green fresh part of Europe: - It was really exciting to arrive today at the airport and feel a bit of Portuguese wind in my face! (she said). Then the heat….ohhh so hot!

- I am not saying anything! Another participant said (a very open one). Still she couldn’t avoid saying that Portuguese are very nice people.

Flash expections…
- Get to know people, intercultural learning and a lot of fun.
- To improve my English!
- Very high expectations. Expect to learn more about youth work and to get to know other youth organizations to cooperate with.
- To feel the Portuguese culture.
